Me? Well, I grew up in Nashville! I have watched my home town change and adapt for decades — and I’m a fan.
My real estate education started with my first old home purchase in 1996. In 2003, a neighbor’s dilapidated house became my first renovation project. Boy, did I learn a lot and get hooked. Ten years of renovating homes, gathering rental properties and leading design on some new construction projects followed.
The Realtors I used for years encouraged me to get licensed myself. So, in 2015, I officially became a Realtor and it turns out, my experience was pretty valuable to buyers and sellers. I’ve always been adaptable, tenacious and creative, and those traits serve me well to advocate for my clients.
It’s been an honor to serve clients all across middle Tennessee. Historic districts to condos, new construction to country homes with acreage, investments to luxury. I love what I do and am flattered to get thankful feedback.
You’ll find I work with courtesy, kindness, humor and responsiveness. I look in crawl spaces and attics. I deep dive into property records and the latest market data. However, I firmly believe neighbors and community creates ‘home’ even more than foundation and framing.
There’s my stab at telling you a little about me, but I really look forward to getting to know you!
