A truly, unique retreat in East Nashville

"This location is terrific... Wow! We and our kids (9,7,6) had a tremendously fun time on the tire swing, pretending to be stars on the stage, playing mini pool (we now have one in our home because they loved it so very much), walking to a lake for the eclipse, eating dinner outside at a nearby restaurant while listening to live music, visiting nearby downtown & Vanderbilt, go-karts, and chilling on the porch. "Can't say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay - apartment was more than spacious enough for four adults. Wish my kids were still young because they would have loved this place with all the board games, movies, bikes, sports equipment, tire swings etc. The peaceful porch overlooking the golf course was an oasis.  Will definitely be back!"  - Lisa

"Peaceful, comfortable and fun place - next door to a golf course with lots of greenery and beautiful outdoor space...comfortable and fully equipped with everything to make your stay seem like home.  The beds were dreamy and the house was very clean.  Roomy, sparkling bathroom has a great tub for soaking!  Outdoor porch with twinkle lights and sound system was a great place to sit and sip!" - Helen

"We had SUCH a great stay here!  The house is tucked back out of the way from the hustle and bustle, yet its close enough that you can be downtown in under 10 minutes.  SUPER comfy beds...and the patio was lovely for our late night cocktail conversations and morning coffee injections.  Many charming details... felt like we were staying at a friend's place.  Next time to go to Nashville, this is the first place I am looking at for our trip." - Matthew

"What a great experience! My best friend and I took our teenage girls to a concert. As soon as we arrived here we were so excited!! The environment was great! The home was so clean and had everything we needed! ...even had a nice bottle of wine for us mom's waiting on us. It is very private and was perfect for us. "If your reading this then you have found the golden ticket!! Word's here cannot justify this perfect retreat. Our girl's visit to Nashville was relaxing & entertaining & the best part of returning to the "retreat" was to spend time on the porch. In fact 80% of the time spent at the house was on the porch. We planned our destinations for the evening & day there as well as morning coffee & breakfast & evening beverages. Future visits & there will be many more we will be coming back here. Already miss it. Already planning for early spring/summer 2018 visit. This IS it. LOOK NO MORE...nothing else you find will compare to this hidden gem.. Close to everything & short Uber ride." - Debra
