If you are dreaming of a new home or looking for an investment, I’m ready to be your cheerleader, researcher, sleuth, educator, negotiator, hand holder, advisor, gopher, and advocate.

In our very first meeting, we will discuss the steps in my buying process. Each step is important in order to land the place  you want with the terms you need.

I caution against lining up showings before being truly ready. Seeing the perfect place, and THEN trying to get approved for a loan and understand the complexities of making an offer, will rarely work. Someone else with their ducks in a row will grab it first. I’ll get you those ducks. And put them in that row. Preparation can’t be stressed enough — that's where you find confidence and success.
